Following are the commands which I used:
- Generate the SSH key pair.
ssh-keygen -t rsa -b 4096 -f c:/users/bilal/.ssh/wpengine_rsa

Add the fingerprint (public key) in WPEngine: My Profile → SSH

Host *.ssh.wpengine.net
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/wpengine_rsa
IdentitiesOnly yes
